Be sure to enjoy our restaurant "María Luisa". It brings together traditional cuisine with an avant-garde touch. A restaurant that has recognized prestige in Cantabria, from which you can enjoy the Cantabrian at your table. Our chef will suggest one of our menu dishes every day but, if you prefer, you can choose our menu of the day; all accompanied by the best wines from our winery, with different denominations of origin. As it could not be otherwise, we also have a special menu of meals for the little ones.

From the restaurant, the client will be a unique spectator of the game of tides that covers the entire beach, carrying that wonderful Cantabrian Sea on its wings to the shellfish farms that are located in the hotel itself and where the client can choose their own lobster, lobster, crab... from the nursery to your table.
